HRMDL系列模鍛鏈刮板排屑裝置主要由殼體、驅動站、張緊站、模鍛易拆鏈條、整體式刮屑板（可拆式刮屑板）、過載保護裝置等部件組成。由驅動站提供輸送動力，將切屑沿殼體輸送至切屑收集箱。本裝置主要適用于組合機生產線、汽車缸體、缸蓋加工生產線上的鑄鐵屑的長距離集中輸送。結構簡單、維護方便、排屑量大，適合在惡劣的環境下工作，尤其是安裝于地溝內，具有線路搭接少、節約空間的優勢。

HRMDL series drop-forged rivetless chain scraper chip conveyor consists of shell, drive system,tension system, easy-disassembly drop-forged rivetless chain, integral scraper (removable scraper), and overload protection device and so on. Driving system offersconveyor power to transport chips to the collecting box. This product adapts to transport chips produced by central line and long line combined machine, auto cylinder block and cylinder head. Its structure is compact, maintenance is convenient. It can remove plenty of chips. This product is fit for working in rugged environment,especially be installed in trench. It has the features of saving space, The transport line doesn’t need to be jointed.
