設備性能及特點
● 負壓式前緣送紙機構，超越送紙機構對紙箱的抗壓沒有損失。
● 碰線機構采用伺服電機獨立驅動，使機器整體運轉更協調穩定。
● 紙板傳送機構采用負壓式全程吸附機構，對紙板的曲翹要求低，使紙板的傳送更平穩。
● 風機及送紙電機采用變頻控制，省電30%。吸風風量大小可任意調節。
● 擋規采用伺服電機上移控制且整體擋板，并有微調機構，使碰線更精準。
● 整機電器機構采用西門子PLC（電腦）編程控制，觸摸屏顯示設定排單尺寸，電動調整精度誤差±0.5MM。
● 操作界面采用前后觸摸屏，使操作更方便快捷。
● 整機采用四個伺服電機經電腦協調控制，使機器更穩定可靠，省卻部分機械傳動，使機器無
機械能磨損，大大增加了機器的使用壽命。
