CDA4-F15 MULTIPLE DIRECTIONAL CONTROL VALVES
CDA4-F15型多路換向閥是參考國外同類*產品，并根據國內工程車輛的實際需要研制而成的新產品。該產品具有功能全、性能佳、結構緊湊、體積小、重量輕等優點，并在保證進口樣機性能的前提下，加大了油路通道，使壓力損失減小，降低了能耗、減小了系統的發熱。
CDA4-F15型多路換向閥為片式結構，用戶根據需要可在10連內任意選用，可組成并聯、串并聯及并聯與串并聯的組合油路形式，有O、Ox、R、A、B、Y等多種滑閥機能。其中R型機能用于叉車門架前限速，避免由于負載和門架重力作用而產生的超速運動和氣穴現象，使前傾動作安全平穩，Ox型機能用于執行機構中屬具的工作，它能有效的保證屬具動作平穩可靠。各種機能具有良好的微動特性，各工作油口可安裝過載閥，其壓力按用戶要求調定。
CDA4-F15型多路換向閥進油閥體上設有控制主系統壓力的主安全閥和控制轉向系統壓力的轉向安全閥，其結構緊湊，啟閉性能好，噪聲小，進油閥體內可帶一穩流裝置向轉向系統提供穩定流量，保證轉向系統的正常工作，從而實現單泵同時供油給轉向系統和工作系統。該產品適用于3噸以下的叉車、輕中型裝載機及其它工程，礦山機械的液壓系統中。它不但能實現多個執行機構的集中控制，并可帶單路穩流分流閥向主機轉向系統提供穩定地流量，使轉向性能可靠，理想的替代了進口元件。
