設備介紹：

該設備是我公司在粉末罐裝領域長期實踐的基礎上,摒棄原有轉盤式喂罐設計理念,而全新設計的一款雙工位罐裝機。單排主輔雙頭充填系統和的喂罐系統，保證了高精度同時又去除了轉盤式喂罐系統清理不便的缺點。主要完成高精度充填計量工作。可與其它設備配套組成整套罐裝流水線，適用于罐裝奶粉、蛋白粉、雞粉、葡萄糖、米粉、可可粉、固體飲料等。

設備特征：

1.單排雙機頭充填，主充填和補充填，保證高罐裝精度。

2.伺服及氣動系統控制托罐及水平走罐，定位準、速度快。

3.伺服馬達及伺服驅動控制螺桿，性能穩定、精度高。

4.全不銹鋼結構；水平開啟式料箱(里外拋光)，清洗十分方便。

5.PLC控制、觸摸屏人機界面顯示，操作簡便。

6.高反應速度的稱重系統、保證高罐裝速度及高精度得以實現。

7.工作流程:進罐 → 托罐 → 振動 → 計量充填 → 振動 → 振動 → 稱重反饋 → 補充填 → 檢重、超差剔除 → 出罐。
