　　漆膜干燥時(shí)間測(cè)定儀是檢測(cè)儀器，用于測(cè)量涂料干燥時(shí)間的一種新型儀器。對(duì)于各種涂料所形成的涂膜都能以描繪圓形軌跡的形式自動(dòng)連續(xù)展現(xiàn)干燥過(guò)程各個(gè)階段的狀態(tài)，能直觀地分析、觀察各階段所用時(shí)間。

　　Paint film drying time tester is a testing instrument,a new type of instrument for measuring coating drying time.The coating film formed by various paints can automatically and continuously show the state of each stage of the drying process in the form of drawing a circular trajectory,ａnd can intuitively analyze and observe the time spent in each stage.

　　漆膜干燥時(shí)間測(cè)定儀工作原理：

　　將儀器放置在制備好的涂膜試板上，接通電源、同步電機(jī)，通過(guò)連接軸帶動(dòng)裝有劃針的轉(zhuǎn)臂。（轉(zhuǎn)臂為自由垂落狀態(tài)）以一周/6小時(shí)、一周/12小時(shí)、一周/24小時(shí)的速度勻速轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，劃針即在涂膜上劃出直徑為100mm的圓形軌跡。由于涂膜隨時(shí)間延長(zhǎng)而逐漸干燥，因而劃針在涂膜上的犁痕由寬變窄，由深變淺，以至A后劃不出痕跡，從而顯示出干燥情況的全過(guò)程。

　　Paint film drying time measuring instrument works:

　　Place the instrument on the prepared coating film test board,connect the power supply and synchronous motor,ａnd drive the swivel arm equipped with the scoring needle through the connecting shaft.(The swing arm is in a free-fall state.)Rotate at a constant speed at a speed of one week/6 hours,one week/12 hours,ａnd one week/24 hours.As the coating film gradually dries over time,the plough marks on the coating film are changed from wide to narrow,from deep to shallow,so that no marks can be found after A,thus showing the entire process of drying.

　　自動(dòng)漆膜干燥時(shí)間測(cè)定儀使用方法：

　　★按GB1727—79要求，在試板上制備涂膜。

　　★依涂膜的干燥特性選用劃針，快干漆選用細(xì)劃針。

　　★將儀器整體置于試板上。放置之前，須用手指將轉(zhuǎn)臂（5）逆時(shí)針（俯視）拔緊，以消除機(jī)械間隙。

　　★在試板與劃針接觸部位劃一個(gè)記號(hào)，接通電源、按下開(kāi)關(guān)、指示燈同時(shí)亮、電機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)、試驗(yàn)開(kāi)始。

　　★試驗(yàn)結(jié)束，關(guān)閉電源，取下試板，將時(shí)間刻度盤(pán)（8）同心的放在試板上，并使盤(pán)上0點(diǎn)對(duì)準(zhǔn)試板上的試驗(yàn)開(kāi)始點(diǎn)，根據(jù)本說(shuō)明書(shū)第五項(xiàng)的名詞解釋。即可判斷整個(gè)干燥過(guò)程的各個(gè)階段所用時(shí)間。

　　How to use automatic paint film drying time tester

　　★According to the requirements of GB1727-79,a coating film is prepared on the test panel.

　　★Select the needle according to the drying characteristics of the coating film,ａnd use the fine needle for the quick-drying paint.

　　★Put the whole instrument on the test board.Before placing,the arm(5)must be tightened counterclockwise(looking down)with your fingers to eliminate mechanical clearance.

　　★Make a mark on the contact part of the test board and the stylus,turn on the power,press the switch,the indicator light will be on at the same time,the motor will run,ａnd the test will start.

　　★After the test,turn off the power,remove the test plate,place the time dial(8)concentrically on the test plate,ａnd align the 0 point on the plate with the test start point on the test plate.Glossary.You can determine the time spent in each stage of the entire drying process.
